Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Caloez mobile application operated by FlowLab Team ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
Caloez Premium Membership - Auto-Renewable Subscription
We offer the following auto-renewable subscription options:
Prices are displayed in your local currency in the App Store and may vary by region. The exact price will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Premium Membership includes:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as your original subscription.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. To cancel:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the period you've paid for. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee and your paid subscription will begin. You may cancel at any time during the free trial period without being charged.
Caloez provides information for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Caloez and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the paid period.
In no event shall Caloez, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
