How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your Caloez account and associated data, please follow one of the methods below:

Method 1: Email Request

You can request account deletion by sending an email to our support team. Please ensure you email us from the same email address associated with your Caloez account so we can verify your identity.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

Personal Information: Name, email address, profile picture.
Health & Fitness Data: Daily logs, meal history, water intake records, exercise logs, and weight history.
App Preferences: Settings, goals, and custom configurations.

Data Retention Policy

We generally delete all your personal data upon your request. However, we may retain certain non-personal or anonymized data for analytical purposes or as required by law. Specifically:

Transaction Records: If applicable, transaction history may be retained for tax and accounting purposes for a period required by law.
Anonymized Data: Aggregated data that cannot be traced back to you may be kept for improving our services.

The deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete after we receive and verify your request.
